Shot at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey – one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with more than 1200 shops, opened in 1461(!). Bargaining is an essential ritual when shopping in Turkey – especially at markets, where it’s more or less expected from the buyer. I, however, suck at it – but my girlfriend has gotten really good at it during her 4 months in Istanbul, so she does all the negotiating with her charming smile and her fake Turkish accent
