Dürümce in Besiktas, Istanbul, is said to be a local’s favorite. If you ever visit Istanbul, you need to try this place out. It’s really cheap, and they will put so much food in front of you that you won’t be able to walk out from there. And the staff is ridiculously, but genuinely, hospitable – in a way that I have yet to experience in northern Europe.
